Rebecca is one of the co-founders of Buckingham Recruitment. Rebecca has prior experience both in recruitment and as an Executive PA for a successful entrepreneur. As such Rebecca understands recruitment from both the client and candidate perspective.
Catherine works for Buckingham Recruitment on a part time basis. Catherine has over 20 years' recruitment and HR experience in 3 well-known financial services organisations. Catherine also regularly volunteers as an interview coach at a charity which provides interview clothes, styling advice and interview training to women in need.
Kate joined Buckingham Recruitment in May 2016 and works on both permanent and temporary roles. Kate graduated from the University of Exeter in 2012 where she studied History. Before joining the team, Kate spent three years working as a manager for an international retail brand.
Harriet is the newest member of the Buckingham Recruitment team, working on temporary bookings and assisting with permanent roles. Harriet graduated from the University of Exeter in 2017 where she studied Modern Languages.
Vivienne has over 25 years' experience in recruitment, and successfully ran her own boutique secretarial agency (King & Toben) for 20 years. Vivienne attributes her success in recruitment to her passion for attention to detail, listening and a professional and caring approach.
