Rebecca is one of the co-founders of Buckingham Recruitment. Rebecca has prior experience both in recruitment and as an Executive PA for a successful entrepreneur. As such Rebecca understands recruitment from both the client and candidate perspective.
Catherine works for Buckingham Recruitment on a part time basis and has been part of the team since May 2015. Catherine has over 30 years' recruitment and HR experience having worked in 3 well-known financial services organisations before joining the team.
Kate joined Buckingham Recruitment in May 2016 and works on both permanent and temporary roles. Kate graduated from the University of Exeter in 2012 where she studied History. Before joining the team, Kate spent 3 years working as a manager for an international retail brand.
Harriet joined the Buckingham Recruitment team in March 2018 and works on temporary bookings and permanent roles. Harriet graduated from the University of Exeter in 2017 where she studied Modern Languages, and spent 6 months at a small property company before becoming the team’s fourth member.

Buckingham Recruitment was founded in 2010 by Rebecca Dawkins and Vivienne King, who had worked together at King & Toben Recruitment.
Buckingham Gate was the location of the team’s first office, and since then we have moved home a few times but never far – The Strand to Whitehall, via Victoria and now Covent Garden.
During the summer of 2020 Buckingham Recruitment reached the important milestone of 10 years in business.
We are located a few minutes’ walk from Leicester Square tube; the office is also walkable from Covent Garden, Charing Cross or Embankment stations.
